My Student Loans were Approved for Discharge.And here’s why:

Mercy College promised a bright #future, but for me, it turned into a harrowing experience. #Discrimination, #harassment, & a compromised email account created a hostile environment that impacted my studies & #FinancialAid

A Dream Deferred:
I enrolled at Mercy College with enthusiasm, eager to pursue a degree. However, from the outset, I encountered a climate that wasn’t welcoming. I’d Faced Discrimination, Harassment & #Hate at Mercy College. Mercy #College faculty member & its professor disclosed instances of threatening conduct toward me, including sending me hateful emails. Which is very shocking to me. Mercy College is aware that I provided them with details of what was going on in class. But, again, nothing was done to address these issues. These incidents were not only upsetting but also hindered my ability to focus on #studies.

Ordeal:
As if the #emotional toll wasn’t enough, My Gmail account was compromised, I was lucky enough to take a screenshot of the Google Security alert that had notified me of a Dubious App that accessed my Google Account. Bogus emails were sent out that did not reflect my #behavior.


Fighting for #Justice:
I filed a complaint with the Department of Education’s Borrower Defense to Repayment program, detailing the discrimination, harassment, and the compromised email. The journey wasn’t easy, but I persevered, determined to hold #MercyCollege accountable and reclaim my right to a secure #learning environment.
It felt like Mercy College was playing a cruel game. Instead of addressing my complaint about a professor’s threatening behavior, they were trying to paint me as the villain.
Firstly, they accused me of threatening a Professor and a faculty member. They twisted my attempt to access emails I saved regarding a #professor‘s threatening behavior.
Secondly, Mercy College was hiding documents.
Finally, they refused to release any documents related to the professor’s conduct. Mercy College Tried to stonewall the investigation.

A Light at the End of the Tunnel:
After a period of waiting, I received news that brought immense relief. The Department of #Education approved my #BorrowerDefense application, acknowledging the legitimacy of my claims against Mercy College. As a result, the federal #student loans I took out to attend Mercy College would be discharged, & I would receive a refund for any payments I had already made.

#Hope Restored & #Vindication:
This decision by the Department of Education wasn’t just about financial relief; it was a validation of my experience. It #exposed the issues at Mercy College & served as a beacon of hope for others who might have faced similar situations. While the emotional scars of my experience at Mercy College still linger, this resolution allows me to move forward with a sense of justice & freedom from crippling #studentloan debt…

Due to the intense heatwave, everywhere in the world, roads are crumbling, a bridge is being covered in foil, and roofs are melting.

Millions of people are suffering from blistering temperatures are continuing to rise as a result of the catastrophic heat waves that hit the Earth recently.

The heat-related incidents also highlight the world’s deteriorating infrastructure, the majority of which — including roads, bridges, railroads, & buildings — are not currently equipped to handle the extreme heat.

• On Tuesday, when temperatures surpassed 57 degrees Celsius, the United Kingdom experienced its warmest day (107 Fahrenheit). The weather has been so hot that a runway at London Luton Airport outside of the capital had to be shut down because it was melting.

• In the United States of America, According to Pennsylvania news outlets, heat causes materials to expand and crack when temperatures increase. Most roads and buildings have surfaces made of concrete and asphalt in the United States.

• According to news reports from Fort Worth, Texas, in the United States, scorching temperatures and a lack of rain have caused the ground to move.
To help with these backlogs, Texas-area communities are urgently calling outside contractors.

• China, The Forbidden City Cultural Relics Museum’s roof melted in Chongqing, which has also been red alert. More than 870 million people, or around 61% of the population, are now impacted by the heat wave that has already covered half of China. Only two of China‘s northern regions have not issued high-temperature warnings, and 82 cities last week published their most severe red alerts.

As a result, this summer has reported an abnormally high number of main water failures. The use of drinking water has also increased globally due to the heat.

Science suggests that the sun is becoming hotter and more active than ever!

With the Supreme Court’s judgment in Roe v. Wade being reversed.

This situation will get even worse over time. The ruling in Roe v. Wade was always going to be reversed. And the weakness and disinterest of the Democratic Party are to blame.

Popularly associated with the democratic party are the following traits:

Some examples of bad behavior in the democratic party workplace include: 

• Virtue signaling.

• Pandering.

• Lying.

• Having an elitist attitude.

• Hiring those who paid their way to the top; and so on.

• Hiring just individuals who can put on a good show but have little to contribute intellectually; in other words, those Ivy League grads.

The leaders of the Democratic Party failed to pay attention to the preparations being made by the Conservative Party, which has led to the current predicament.

Let’s pretend someone investigates the Democratic Party’s membership. Many did not run for office but were instead selected by their state governors.

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, whom I loathe “personally,” was never elected to her position in New York. Disgrace, New York State Ex-Governor Cuomo, appointed her, Kirsten Gillibrand is not representative of the will of the people.

• New Yorkers did not pick you(Kirsten Gillibrand) to represent them. 

• no one elected you!

• No one likes You, Gillibrand!

However, the Democratic Party would be a surprising failure in protecting women’s rights. The Republican Conservatives knew they could take advantage of the Democratic Party because of how arrogant, overconfident & ego they were, so they waited for the perfect opportunity to strike. Democratic Party has a massive ego; because of  their ego & pride, it prevents them from seeing things as they are. What transpired in the reversal of Roe vs. Wade, and I wasn’t a bit surprised.

In the approaching state and municipal elections, Republicans and Republican candidates will bring up the issue to remind people of the significance of electing Republicans to the government.

UNITED STATES PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN’S FAILURE AS LEADER OF THE FREE WORLD

President Joe Biden’s cognitive impairment has been a source of concern. It’s also not funny. The entire world is watching, including Anti-American Countries. President Joe Biden suffers from severe mental cognitive issues, which the White House has completely concealed. This, according to White House officials, is concerning.


The most frightening aspect is that this President has demonstrated his inability to lead a nation. Worse, the entire world is watching as this president stumbles up the stairwell or makes perplexing remarks that frequently defy logic…

Regrettably, this is the leader of the free world!


It won’t be long before Vice President Harris takes over the Presidency. Even she will fail, as Vice President Harris appears to flip-flop positions based on her political objectives and career!


An examination of President Joe Biden’s policies, on the other hand, reveals that his first 100 days in office were a total disaster. His presidency has been centered on claiming credit for Republican victories while undermining fundamental Republican principles, with disastrous results.


So, what is the source of Biden’s errors? What factors might have contributed to Biden’s gaffe?  SEVERAL COMES TO MIND:

  • The first issue is his general lack of relevant expertise in dealing with complex and lethal foreign policy challenges on the ground.
  • Second, he never had to make any final decision without properly examining a particular event.
  • Third, when President Joe Biden was a US  Senator for 15 years. He got almost nothing done.

Prior to becoming President in January 2021, Biden had never held a position of significant administrative authority. He was a long-serving politician and vice president who served on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee for 12 years, including as chairman for several of those years.

President Joe Biden was never in a position where he was routinely expected to make final decisions on high-profile policy issues involving significant risks. The US army withdrawal appears to have been a miscalculation on the part of the Biden administration.


The collapse of the Afghan government exemplifies how a chain of events can occur. The Taliban influence has instilled widespread and profound fear in the Afghanistan people. Previously, a few isolated failures were enough to cause all types of actors, military and civilian alike, to lose faith in the government’s ability to operate correctly.

  • While the US competes with China and other authoritarian countries, other countries and world leaders may argue that a humiliating American withdrawal from governance would send a terrible signal to other countries. If the US’s security commitments are untrustworthy, why not strike deals with China?


However, on August 10, 2021, actual competent people working for US intelligence predicted that the Afghanistan Government would disintegrate within 30 to 90 days. Five days later, the entire Afghanistan Government fell.


In less than a week, Taliban fighters seized control of more than a dozen provincial capitals. They marched into Kabul with little opposition, forcing Afghanistan’s president to resign and his government to collapse. Afghan security forces have been dwindling in Kabul’s districts and throughout other cities in the Country.

Following that, the Afghan military’s situation rapidly deteriorated, exacerbated by a combination of corruption (many Afghan officers claimed they had not been paid in months) and a desperate desire to survive against the Taliban as the US military presence dwindled.


As fears of a US withdrawal grew, the Taliban began sending vast groups of fighters to government-controlled rural outposts, striking deals with low-level Afghan government officials in exchange for bribes or assurances of protection. Despite claims by Afghan officials that the country’s elite military groups remained committed to preserving government stragglers, their efforts to defend the country ultimately failed due to a lack of support from local authorities and military soldiers on the ground.


US’s adversaries are exploiting the collapse of Afghanistan. As China, Iran, and Russia wasted no time in seizing control and influence of the Taliban and the country of Afghanistan to further their own interests, According to the Russian press. Russian officials are relishing their primary global adversary’s humiliation as they prepare to collaborate with Islamist militias.

  • Russia will be ready to increase its influence in Afghanistan by capitalizing on its precarious security situation.


Russia declared that it has been “closely observing the rapidly shifting scenario in Afghanistan” and that it now intends to get involved in its agenda, embarrassing the United States and its allies. Demonstrating to the rest of the world the ineffectiveness of the United States Policy.

In addition, world leaders will regard the United States as untrustworthy. This will have a significant impact on how the rest of the world perceives the United States. This has the potential to have a considerable impact on America’s false promise. This is an unfathomable tragedy.

An Extraterrestrial Intervention Is Occurring In The World.

UFO stand for Unidentified Flying Object, a mysterious object seen in the sky for which, it is claimed, no orthodox scientific explanation can be found.

UAP stand for Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon, (early USAF term for UFO).

In accordance with the findings of a highly anticipated government report, American intelligence officials have found no evidence that aerial phenomena witnessed by Navy pilots in recent years are the work of extraterrestrial spacecraft, but they have not been able to explain the strange movements that have confounded scientists and the military.

The realization that humanity is not alone in the universe, or even in its own world, is one of the Great Waves of Change that has occurred in recent history. After all, expeditionary forces from the Greater Community, from the physical Universe, are currently present in the world and have been for some time, interfering in human affairs, manipulating human perception, promoting human conflict, acting covertly behind the scenes, capturing people against their will and subjecting them to often horrifying experiments, turning their minds so that they will become supporters.


While you were going about your business as usual, wonderful things were taking place behind the scenes that the general public was unaware of at the time. Many have seen craft in the sky, but there have been no sightings. This phenomenon remains unknown, behind the scenes, and out of public view.


Many more of the governments have made significant efforts to stifle any investigation into this matter, erecting a cloud of suspicion and disparage that has proven to be quite effective in suppressing public discourse and public awareness of this historic encounter, this historic challenge to individuals dignity. No government will ever admit to its citizens that it is up against a foe against which it lacks a sufficient counter-offensive.


As a result, lies and deception have been used to obscure the mystery surrounding this event for decades. People have been urged to believe fantastic things about the existence of extraterrestrials on the planet, believing it to be a fantasy or a fantastic story from the past. Even those who have recognized the presence of a foreign power in the world are unable to think clearly about it anymore because it is shrouded in half-truths and deception, in mockery and fantasy. All of this has seemed so baffling.

It has even been suggested that certain individuals has been motivated by government agencies to tell fantastic and wild stories in order to discredit anyone who might attempt to present anything true or real, or to generate an honest discussion in public, a public debate, or a public awareness, or to generate an honest conversation, a public discussion, or an increasing understanding.


Other forces, including competitors from the universe, have joined the earth at a time when the Great Waves are only commencing to manifest themselves. They do not come armed with anything. Unlike other nations, they do not arrive with a fleet of ships. They possess the ability to persuade as well as deceive others. They have cutting-edge technology, but they rely on their ability to influence the minds of those who live in this area. When it comes to war, as we know it in this world, it is far more rare than you might expect in the Greater Community of intelligent life on the other side of the universe.

Other methods of defeating opponents have been discovered, including trickery, deception, manipulation, projection, and power in the mental environment—an environment that humanity has little knowledge of and has only recently begun to understand.

Humanity has reached a tipping point in its evolution, a point at which enormous political, social, and environmental forces collide with the world-changing reality of alien contact.
Contact with intelligent life elsewhere in the universe is a once-in-a-lifetime event. It is the next major step in the evolution and development of the human family.


It is unavoidable that it will occur. And there are people all over the world who believe this is true—that extraterrestrial life exists and that we are not alone in the universe, or even in our own world.

However, the United States Government now considers UFO/UAP to be a national security threat. A country that has been around for about 230 years and is constantly at war with everyone, and now sees UFO/UAP as a security threat. Why is this the case? It’s because if the United States Government can’t control it, it poses a threat to them and their sovereignty. It is Pathetic!


Furthermore, in the year 2015, a US Navy ship encounters a cluster of UFO/UAP off the US East Coast. According to the Navy Ship Captain, the UFO/UAP was flying erratically in a specific area of the sea. What is stated in the statement; the crew spotted clusters of UFOs flying erratically in Maneuvers that make no sense, the crew tried their best to explain what they saw.


They also claimed that the UFO/UAP was disturbing something unknown beneath a body of water.
It is unfathomable how quickly the UFOs vanished. The Navy ship investigated this particular area of water to determine what was causing the disturbance. They discovered something on their radar that quickly vanished or cloaked themselves from detection.


Captain of this Navy ship find It’s difficult to describe. The captain stated; It makes no sense to describe what he saw. According to the captain, he does not want to sound like a lunatic.

As a result, the captain would prefer not to discuss it for fear of how others might perceive him.

What distinguishes the alien fantasy from religion, nationalism, or conspiracy theory is that it does not place humans at the center of a grand story. It dispenses with them: Humans become, for a brief moment, significant players in an almost unimaginable drama, the lasting lesson of which is, unfortunately, that we are total nobodies.


That is, at least, the lesson of an alien visit, who arrived long before we could; if humans are the ones making the first contact, we are the advanced ones, and the aliens are probably more like productive pond scum, which may be one reason we fantasize about those kinds of encounters a lot less than visits to Earth. Of course, we’re the pond scum when the aliens are the explorers.

When you have a Government that only looks after the interests of the wealthy and elites, you have a severe problem. 

Senator Lindsey Graham is the epitome of this; he’s a true Simp. According to the dictionary, a Simp is someone who goes above and beyond for someone they like. 


Senator Lindsey Graham is one of those men who put himself in a subservient/submissive position under someone in the hopes of winning them over, or a man who prides himself on chivalry in the hopes of obtaining sexual gratification from someone they desire. 

Unfortunately, that is what Lindsey Graham stands for right now! When it comes to the American people, these Senators have no desire to help the working class. Senators, on the other hand, have no qualms about donating $1 billion to Israel’s Military Dome System. 


These senators are determined to take away $300 in unemployment benefits, then have the audacity to accuse us of being lazy for not wanting to work a minimum wage job that neither pays to live nor helps us pay for medical care. It isn’t easy to stay alive and to live in America. That is a proven fact! 

When It Comes Down To: 

  • Student loan bailouts. 
  • Improving our educational system. 
  • Reform of the Criminal Justice System.
  • Reform of the police. 
  • Increasing the strength of labor unions. 
  • Assisting the poor. 
  • Assisting with equal pay. 
  • Raising the minimum wage. 
  • A system of universal health care. 

It is difficult to persuade these senators to do their jobs properly. 
Furthermore, senators are currently discussing America’s (debt) deficit crisis. But they have no problem handing over a $1 Billion Dollars to Israel. When it comes to anything having to do with the people of the United States, they do nothing. 

  • Healthcare for all, the Senate has no problem stopping any progress on fixing our healthcare system. 
  • Helping students who have student loans that they will never be able to pay off, is a problem for the Senate. 
  • When it comes to ‘Israel,’ they will gladly give them $1 Billion Dollars.

Senators in the United States are penny pinchers. 

Achieving good quality of life in America is becoming increasingly difficult as a result of policies set by a small group of Elitists (wealthy) and lobbyists who pay Senators to make policies that benefit only themselves and a small group of corporate elitists.

The Current lobbying issues:

• Political decisions will no longer benefit the general public. Lobbying is typically based on the needs of a small Elite Group (The Rich). 


• Lobbying is an attempt to achieve a specific goal that may or may not benefit the general public. Lobbyists or lobbying are only influential in a particular group of people. 


This has caused the country to stagnate. Suicide rates in the United States have increased by 30%, putting us at odds with our European Union allies and our Asian neighbors. How can an American bond with their family if they have three jobs? 

The following are America’s problems: 

  • There is no safety net. 
  • There are no jobs available. 
  • There is no community. 
  • Extensive debts.
  • Employers who will fire you for any reason in order to hire cheaper labor. 
  • Extending your financial resources. 
  • Labor unions were dismantled. 
  • Middle-class jobs are being outsourced to other countries. 
  • The cost of living is escalating. 
  • US Politicians are ineffective. 

Those are just a few of the reasons. 


This is why China is laughing at us Americans. China is capitalizing on what America isn’t doing. Nonetheless, the US military-industrial complex wants to go to war with China in order to maintain the status quo.
