My Student Loans were Approved for Discharge.And here’s why:

Mercy College promised a bright #future, but for me, it turned into a harrowing experience. #Discrimination, #harassment, & a compromised email account created a hostile environment that impacted my studies & #FinancialAid

A Dream Deferred:
I enrolled at Mercy College with enthusiasm, eager to pursue a degree. However, from the outset, I encountered a climate that wasn’t welcoming. I’d Faced Discrimination, Harassment & #Hate at Mercy College. Mercy #College faculty member & its professor disclosed instances of threatening conduct toward me, including sending me hateful emails. Which is very shocking to me. Mercy College is aware that I provided them with details of what was going on in class. But, again, nothing was done to address these issues. These incidents were not only upsetting but also hindered my ability to focus on #studies.

Ordeal:
As if the #emotional toll wasn’t enough, My Gmail account was compromised, I was lucky enough to take a screenshot of the Google Security alert that had notified me of a Dubious App that accessed my Google Account. Bogus emails were sent out that did not reflect my #behavior.


Fighting for #Justice:
I filed a complaint with the Department of Education’s Borrower Defense to Repayment program, detailing the discrimination, harassment, and the compromised email. The journey wasn’t easy, but I persevered, determined to hold #MercyCollege accountable and reclaim my right to a secure #learning environment.
It felt like Mercy College was playing a cruel game. Instead of addressing my complaint about a professor’s threatening behavior, they were trying to paint me as the villain.
Firstly, they accused me of threatening a Professor and a faculty member. They twisted my attempt to access emails I saved regarding a #professor‘s threatening behavior.
Secondly, Mercy College was hiding documents.
Finally, they refused to release any documents related to the professor’s conduct. Mercy College Tried to stonewall the investigation.

A Light at the End of the Tunnel:
After a period of waiting, I received news that brought immense relief. The Department of #Education approved my #BorrowerDefense application, acknowledging the legitimacy of my claims against Mercy College. As a result, the federal #student loans I took out to attend Mercy College would be discharged, & I would receive a refund for any payments I had already made.

#Hope Restored & #Vindication:
This decision by the Department of Education wasn’t just about financial relief; it was a validation of my experience. It #exposed the issues at Mercy College & served as a beacon of hope for others who might have faced similar situations. While the emotional scars of my experience at Mercy College still linger, this resolution allows me to move forward with a sense of justice & freedom from crippling #studentloan debt…

Thank you to all those who #helped me with this particular situation.

The theory that many asteroids the size of mountains caused the extinction of the dinosaurs!

The year 2022 saw the discovery of a second crater, this one located deep below the surface of the ocean and not far from the coast of West Africa. This crater has been linked to the catastrophe that occurred 65 million years ago and resulted in the extinction of the dinosaurs.

It is believed that a number of meteorites the size of mountains collided with Earth roughly 65 million years ago, which resulted in the extinction of the dinosaurs. The size of the meteorites was comparable to that of mountains.

There is no way to determine the crater’s age with any degree of accuracy. Yet, taking into account its apparent placement within the geologic layers of the Earth, it may have originated either just before or after the Chicxulub Impact.

A second large crater that is comparable to the Chicxulub crater, which is assumed to be the cause of the extinction of the dinosaurs, has recently been identified by geologists and scientists.

It is believed that the well-known Cretaceous-Paleogene impact crater, which was discovered in Chicxulub, Mexico, in 1980, was found by accident during commercial sediment research team. This crater is believed to have formed around the time that the dinosaurs were going through their Extinction event.

In the year 2022, a second crater was discovered beneath the ocean off the coast of West Africa. This crater has been connected to the event that caused the extinction of the dinosaurs 65 million years ago. The extinction of the dinosaurs is thought to have occurred approximately 65 million years ago as a consequence of a number of meteorites the size of mountains hitting with Earth.

Geologists and other scientists believe that they have uncovered a third crater in Iceland that was produced approximately 65 million years ago, during the time period in which dinosaurs were going extinct (There Have Been No Updates On This Yet).

However, geologists believe that a large crater left by an asteroid impact can be found off the coast of Guinea in West Africa. This crater is submerged and is quite large. Its stones have been extensively fractured and folded on top of one another, which has resulted in a depression that is significantly more extensive than it is profound. It also has a prominent central peak made of rocks, which is often formed by a melted liquefy rock flow that briefly resembles melted butter. This peak was likely formed by a volcano that erupted millions of years ago.

The notion that the extinction of the dinosaurs was caused by a number of asteroids the size of mountains is currently under review by a variety of scientific disciplines, including geology, paleontology, and archaeology.

If an ostrich wanted to hide, would it bury its head in the ground?

Because #ostriches are unable to fly, they are unable to build their nests in trees; instead, they dig holes in the ground to lay their eggs in. They will occasionally insert their heads into the nest in order to turn the eggs and ensure that the eggs are being heated uniformly.

However, because of their behavior, it appears as though they are trying to conceal something, which contributes to the perpetuation of the myth.

If an ostrich tried to conceal itself from potential predators in this way, not only would it be unable to do so for an extended period of time, but it also would be unable to take a breath!

With the Supreme Court’s judgment in Roe v. Wade being reversed.

This situation will get even worse over time. The ruling in Roe v. Wade was always going to be reversed. And the weakness and disinterest of the Democratic Party are to blame.

Popularly associated with the democratic party are the following traits:

Some examples of bad behavior in the democratic party workplace include: 

• Virtue signaling.

• Pandering.

• Lying.

• Having an elitist attitude.

• Hiring those who paid their way to the top; and so on.

• Hiring just individuals who can put on a good show but have little to contribute intellectually; in other words, those Ivy League grads.

The leaders of the Democratic Party failed to pay attention to the preparations being made by the Conservative Party, which has led to the current predicament.

Let’s pretend someone investigates the Democratic Party’s membership. Many did not run for office but were instead selected by their state governors.

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, whom I loathe “personally,” was never elected to her position in New York. Disgrace, New York State Ex-Governor Cuomo, appointed her, Kirsten Gillibrand is not representative of the will of the people.

• New Yorkers did not pick you(Kirsten Gillibrand) to represent them. 

• no one elected you!

• No one likes You, Gillibrand!

Since Roe v. Wade was reversed, it would be more challenging for women to provide for themselves and their children. Sixty percent of American abortion patients are already moms, and one-third of those seeking abortions report that they wish to stop carrying the baby so they may focus on their current family or future.

Donald Trump, during his time as president of the United States, and other politicians shared his objective of making it easier to pick Supreme Court justices who may overturn Roe v. Wade and roll back women’s constitutional protections at the federal level.

As a result, women in many parts of the United States who are pregnant without planning to do so may face challenging choices like the ones listed below. Getting an abortion in another state, where it is still permitted, is not illegal at this time—that which is becoming unlawful.

The issue is whether states with abortion bans can punish women who go to another state for an abortion or others who help them.

As far as we are aware, no state has established a law explicitly forbidding such travel. Nonetheless, there have been various efforts, including:

The current measures being considered for passage would allow for civil actions to be filed to enforce abortion prohibitions if the abortion is done in another state.

If the abortion travel ban is eventually adopted in the more conservative states, what constitutional or legal arguments could be made to favor such restrictions?

Supporters of prohibitions on leaving the state for an abortion can point to the 1985 case as an example of a clear precedent for states being permitted to enforce laws beyond their borders.

If abortion were to become legal in a second state, the state that initially banned abortions conducted in other states may have a stronger legal position if it could prove that the limitation had negative consequences for the state.

It was stated that having an abortion in State A had permanent effects, including the death of a resident or future citizen of the state, unlike traveling to gamble or consume marijuana. This is because abortion ends the pregnancy.

On the other side, as a result of the Democratic Party’s incompetence, laziness, and elitist-like behavior. The consequences of their failure would be far-reaching for our society & culture.

However, the Democratic Party would be a surprising failure in protecting women’s rights. The Republican Conservatives knew they could take advantage of the Democratic Party because of how arrogant, overconfident & ego they were, so they waited for the perfect opportunity to strike. Democratic Party has a massive ego; because of  their ego & pride, it prevents them from seeing things as they are. What transpired in the reversal of Roe vs. Wade, and I wasn’t a bit surprised.

In the approaching state and municipal elections, Republicans and Republican candidates will bring up the issue to remind people of the significance of electing Republicans to the government.

UNITED STATES PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN’S FAILURE AS LEADER OF THE FREE WORLD

President Joe Biden’s cognitive impairment has been a source of concern. It’s also not funny. The entire world is watching, including Anti-American Countries. President Joe Biden suffers from severe mental cognitive issues, which the White House has completely concealed. This, according to White House officials, is concerning.


The most frightening aspect is that this President has demonstrated his inability to lead a nation. Worse, the entire world is watching as this president stumbles up the stairwell or makes perplexing remarks that frequently defy logic…

Regrettably, this is the leader of the free world!


It won’t be long before Vice President Harris takes over the Presidency. Even she will fail, as Vice President Harris appears to flip-flop positions based on her political objectives and career!


An examination of President Joe Biden’s policies, on the other hand, reveals that his first 100 days in office were a total disaster. His presidency has been centered on claiming credit for Republican victories while undermining fundamental Republican principles, with disastrous results.


So, what is the source of Biden’s errors? What factors might have contributed to Biden’s gaffe?  SEVERAL COMES TO MIND:

  • The first issue is his general lack of relevant expertise in dealing with complex and lethal foreign policy challenges on the ground.
  • Second, he never had to make any final decision without properly examining a particular event.
  • Third, when President Joe Biden was a US  Senator for 15 years. He got almost nothing done.

Prior to becoming President in January 2021, Biden had never held a position of significant administrative authority. He was a long-serving politician and vice president who served on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee for 12 years, including as chairman for several of those years.

President Joe Biden was never in a position where he was routinely expected to make final decisions on high-profile policy issues involving significant risks. The US army withdrawal appears to have been a miscalculation on the part of the Biden administration.


The collapse of the Afghan government exemplifies how a chain of events can occur. The Taliban influence has instilled widespread and profound fear in the Afghanistan people. Previously, a few isolated failures were enough to cause all types of actors, military and civilian alike, to lose faith in the government’s ability to operate correctly.

  • While the US competes with China and other authoritarian countries, other countries and world leaders may argue that a humiliating American withdrawal from governance would send a terrible signal to other countries. If the US’s security commitments are untrustworthy, why not strike deals with China?


However, on August 10, 2021, actual competent people working for US intelligence predicted that the Afghanistan Government would disintegrate within 30 to 90 days. Five days later, the entire Afghanistan Government fell.


In less than a week, Taliban fighters seized control of more than a dozen provincial capitals. They marched into Kabul with little opposition, forcing Afghanistan’s president to resign and his government to collapse. Afghan security forces have been dwindling in Kabul’s districts and throughout other cities in the Country.

Following that, the Afghan military’s situation rapidly deteriorated, exacerbated by a combination of corruption (many Afghan officers claimed they had not been paid in months) and a desperate desire to survive against the Taliban as the US military presence dwindled.


As fears of a US withdrawal grew, the Taliban began sending vast groups of fighters to government-controlled rural outposts, striking deals with low-level Afghan government officials in exchange for bribes or assurances of protection. Despite claims by Afghan officials that the country’s elite military groups remained committed to preserving government stragglers, their efforts to defend the country ultimately failed due to a lack of support from local authorities and military soldiers on the ground.


US’s adversaries are exploiting the collapse of Afghanistan. As China, Iran, and Russia wasted no time in seizing control and influence of the Taliban and the country of Afghanistan to further their own interests, According to the Russian press. Russian officials are relishing their primary global adversary’s humiliation as they prepare to collaborate with Islamist militias.

  • Russia will be ready to increase its influence in Afghanistan by capitalizing on its precarious security situation.


Russia declared that it has been “closely observing the rapidly shifting scenario in Afghanistan” and that it now intends to get involved in its agenda, embarrassing the United States and its allies. Demonstrating to the rest of the world the ineffectiveness of the United States Policy.

In addition, world leaders will regard the United States as untrustworthy. This will have a significant impact on how the rest of the world perceives the United States. This has the potential to have a considerable impact on America’s false promise. This is an unfathomable tragedy.

We’ll have to wait and see what the future holds.

The Jungles of Brooklyn New York (Poetry)

Brooklyn has a whole Forest set of trees that reminds me of a Jungle which I find fascinating.


From the outside, the trees didn’t appear to be very appealing. However, it was not in my plans to come across anything charming about these spectacular trees.


POETRY:

The most lovely of trees, with Blossom Greenery. It is hung with blooms along the bough and stands throughout the woodland ride dressed in white for Eastertide. 


Pink blossoms were plucked from these trees in my neighborhood. And I wore them in my hands all evening: Winter will arrive soon. And I won’t find any greenery on the trees, and there will be nothing there soon.


When the leaves fall to the ground, the blossoms fade, and spring arrives. Everything will begin anew.

MY THOUGHTS:

I’ve noticed by the end of May, the buds of these trees had sprouted and were on their way to becoming green leaves. Although they were an incredible view, a lush green canopy would take its place. It was like a quintet practicing vocal exercises before a command performance when the seasons changed and changed with them.


Even though the storm’s combination of high winds, rain, and lightning was superior to anything the trees could muster, the trees chose to submit to nature’s forces rather than fight them. 
The trees’ leaves began to emit an odor reminiscent of Fragrant Flowers For a Heavenly Smelling that can attract all beautiful things. They also turned a pale yellow color, which I found interesting & surprised.


In some ways, the opportunity to be exposed to a different frame of reference than one’s own proved beneficial. 


I could always tell it was autumn because of the leaves on the trees, no matter how long it took me to walk home from the work or visiting a relative. It didn’t take much to remind me that it was autumn: a clear blue sky, crisp air, and trees in full bloom lining the streets.
The City was ablaze with gold and russet leaves due to the autumnal season. There was a massive Greenery and redwood tree lining the streets in such beauty. Winter will arrive before we know it, and the trees’ leaves will begin to fall. My sense of perspective was restored as the background became the foreground.


As the sun rose one morning, the Chrysler Building cast a shadow on the Buildings & houses, almost as if a thin dusky finger was tickling the striated facade awake. I went outside to investigate it further.


I was convinced that I was the only person in Brooklyn who had noticed this anomaly.
Now that is truly amazing.
